Cancellation policy: Any cancellations within 24 hours of your original appointment will automatically be charged 50% of the original booking fee by our computer system.

 

Re-do policy:  Although EXTREMELY rare, the odd client may have some questions about their hair. Please be aware we have a strict policy. We will only re-consult with you within a 10 day period of your original appointment and you must be using L’Oréal Professionel aftercare products.  We feel this is enough time for colours and styles to settle and time to contact us regarding any issues. This time frame is industry standard. Failure to invest in the correct aftercare will invalidate the guarantee you have with us as per our agreement with our chosen professional suppliers. It is imperative that you are using our recommended aftercare products in order to qualify for a re-consultation within your 10 day period.  In order for this process to begin, we reserve the right to request for proof of purchase of these profsofessional products if they weren't purchased in our salon.
